Getting quality sleep

Getting quality sleep resets your body and mind so you can tolerate more stress. When you lack sleep, you can tolerate less so little things can be triggering.

Having a sleep schedule and an evening routine is crucial for sleep quality. For best sleep quality, aim to eat no later than three hours before sleep, drink no later than two hours before sleep, and use screens no later than one hour before sleep.

I had a client that had trouble waking up early in the mornings. They felt low on energy and when their alarm rang, they pressed snooze and spend another hour or two in bed.

During our coaching sessions, they would regularly remember this until one day they just started getting up early. That changed everything for them - they were beaming with energy and full of passion. No burnout symptoms to speak of.

That goes to show that having a regular sleep rhythm has a huge effect on your overall well-being.
