  3. Get a guide… or a coach Of course, you can do everything yourself and hopefully stumble on a solution like I did. With this playbook, you are likely to do it much faster than I did. However, to really change your life, you need to act consistently.

What often happens when trying to do everything alone is either you change things until you’re feeling better and then stop, or get overwhelmed by trying to make changes too fast and then stop. So you either get short-term results, or no results at all. Even if you know exactly what you need to do.
